Futsal (U8-U14)

Program Overview

North Portland Soccer Club’s Futsal program is an introductory program designed for recreational players. This program is specific for children in 2nd-8th grade. Futsal is a game with constant pressure that exponentially improves the technical abilities of players. We believe skills learned it Futsal will directly translate to soccer. Our Futsal Program is in partnership with Rose City Futsal (RCF) and all games will be played at their facilities. We currently do not offer Futsal to Little Kickers and 1st grade aged kids. Those age groups will become available in January of 2026.

  15. Can my child play on the same team as a friend?
We hope so! We'll do our absolute best to place your child with their team, teammate, or coach preference. Just be sure to enter that info during registration. Please be aware that Futsal teams are much smaller than the regular Fall and Spring season teams. Teams are also gender specific and understand that your preferences, are in-fact preferences, and certainly not a guarantee. 19. How do I know if my child is registered?

Once the age group reaches capacity, the wait list is enabled and players can register for the wait list. If you want to know your kid's spot on the wait list, please email our Programs Director (omar@northportlandsoccer.com).Typically, only one spot opens up in any age group, and parents/guardian(s) may want to consider other options.
