Overview

Come and join us for an inclusive and fun environment where players will learn the basics of soccer while playing multiple competitive games to develop their technical skills. All camps are run by our Program Director, Omar Navarro. Omar is a U.S. Soccer C Licensed coach and was part of the United Soccer Coaches Regional Staff of the Year. He has experience coaching grassroots all the way up to college. Limited spots are available. 

Gear Needed

All camp registrants will receive a free custom NOPOSC Shirt. Shin guards are required for all camps. Cleats are required for all camps, except for our Futsal camps. Full day camps (3 hours or more) will require campers to bring a lunch. Lunch will be eaten as a group.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  1. What if my child has never played soccer before?
    Our club is the perfect place to start. Many of our players will be participating for the first time as well.

  2. How much does it cost?
    $240 Registration fee!

  3. Does the club provide scholarships?
    Yes, scholarships are provided on an as-needed basis. If accepted for a scholarship, we will only be scholarship one camp per summer. Please complete our scholarship application and our Program Director will contact you shortly.

  4. When is it?
    We host 3-4 camps each Summer with occasional Futsal camps in the Winter and Spring.

  5. Where will camp be?
    Our Summer camps are mainly at Columbia Annex Park while our Futsal camps are at Charles Jordan Community Center.

  6. What is the duration of camps?
    Unless otherwise stated, camps are Monday-Friday from 9am-2pm.

  7. What is the format?
    Camp begins with a warmup game with everyone together, after warmup campers are split up into groups based on their age. Each group will be assigned a coach who will lead a station. There are 5 stations total and campers rotate to each station. Lunch occurs after stations and camp ends with full field scrimmages.

  8. Are lunch meals provided?
    No, campers must bring their own lunch and snack.

  9. Are camps coed?
    Yes, camps are coed!

  10. What registration dates are important?
    Registration for our Summer camps will typically open in March along with a camp schedule. It is best to register as soon as possible. Each camp is limited in spots.

  11. How do I know if my child is registered?
    You will receive a confirmation email to the email address provided at registration. Please be certain to double-check your spam/junk email folders. Please contact us immediately if you do NOT receive a confirmation email after completing registration.

  12. Once I register online and receive my email confirmation, do I need to do anything else?
    No, nothing additional is needed. Our Program Director will get in-touch with you as the date gets closer to camp.

  13. What if all spots are filled? Is there a wait list?
    Yes, once all spots are filled a waitlist is activated. The registration for the waitlist is free, however, typically only 1-3 spots open up for any camp. We recommend registering for camps as soon as possible once registration opens to avoid being on the waitlist.

  14. What should my child wear?
    Campers will need cleats, long socks, and shin guards. We also recommend packing a sweatshirt.

  15. Do I need to buy my child a NOPOSC uniform?
    No, for camps you do not need a uniform. We will provide a custom NPSC camp shirt for each camper.

  16. What about the weather?
    Please plan to participate rain or shine. In cases of extreme heat you will receive an email from our Program Director.

  17. What is the refund policy?
    If a customer cancels their registration seven days prior to the start of camp than a full refund will be issued. If a customer cancels their registration between five and seven days prior to camp than a 50% refund will be issued. If a customer cancels their registration less than five days before camp than no refund will be issued.
